Sunday at Doc Bales’ with Champagne

Looking for a more exciting breakfast/brunch option during your stay at Sea Shells Beach Club? Doc Bales’ Grill has a recurring Sunday brunch you can linger over (with a complimentary glass of champagne to boot).

Do carved-to-order prime rib, cooked-to-order omelets, peel and eat shrimp and mimosas or Bloody Marys sound good?

You can get them all at Doc Bales’ Sunday brunch, 7 a.m.-2 p.m. for $26.95. Your first drink (Bloody Mary or Mimosa) is included. Lunch items, seafood selections and the carving station are also included.

And the view isn’t bad either. Doc Bales’ Grill overlooks Daytona Beach’s historic Clocktower. Guests can enjoy ocean front dining or al fresco dining on their open-air terrace.

The chefs specialize in preparing fresh seafood and continental specialties. Whether it’s the banana caramel French Toast or the salmon, you’ll find something mouthwatering on the menu.

If brunch isn’t your thing, Doc Bales’ has an all-you-can-eat evening buffet Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. Here’s what’s on the menu:

Carved Prime Rib
Snow Crab
Peel & Eat Shrimp
Stuffed Tilapia
Hand-rolled Sushi
Pasta
Chicken
Crab Cakes
Salad & Dessert Bar

Doc Bale’s is just three minutes from Sea Shells Beach Club, so peruse the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus here, put on your elastic-waistband pants, and start planning for a buffet extravaganza.

When you’re done, walk it off shopping at the Ocean Walk Village and Ocean Walk Shoppes nearby (and within walking distance to) the resort.
