Later this summer, the Coke Zero 400 comes to town (June 30-July), one of NASCAR’s most anticipated races of the season. What better way to celebrate Fourth of July weekend than with food, fireworks, racing and music by country star Tyler Farr?

If you can’t make the race, there’s always the Richard Petty Driving Experience, putting you in the driver’s seat as you blaze around Daytona International Speedway. This popular attraction fills up fast, so call ahead at 800-237-3889.

Music for All!

Thousands of locals and visitors flock to Coquina Amphitheater during the summer to sing along to rock classics performed by talented tribute bands: Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, The Beatles and more. The Bandshell Concert Series recently kicked off with some fireworks and good tunes, so see the full schedule HERE.

For great views and an ideal spot for fishing, look no further than the 750-foot pier and boardwalk. Recently renovated with a Joe’s Crab Shack added in, this is the perfect spot to spend a stress-free afternoon. There are plenty of amusement park rides nearby for added fun.
